Attention Neighbors
The Fontana City Council and the Redevelopment Agency are taking steps to update the Redevelopment Plan for the Southwest Industrial Park (SWIP) Project Area in order to add territory and to provide enhanced services and facilities into the existing SWIP Project Area.

The proposed added area is located south of the Interstate 10 freeway and north of Jurupa Avenue. It is bound on the east by Sierra and Juniper Avenues and on the west by Beech, Poplar, and Catawba Avenues.

Project Area Committee
In order to get input from the community, the City Council invited residents, business owners, and community organizations in the proposed added area to serve on a Project Area Committee (PAC). The PAC is an advisory body that will review the proposed added area’s redevelopment plan prior to adoption and provide recommendations to the City Council and Redevelopment Agency.
